Our factory, known as La Fábrica, is our pillar; from there we produce all our products that reach all corners of the world. It is located in the village of La Alberca, one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, a National Artistic Monument, and with the perfect climate for curing ham and cured meats naturally.
Our factory cannot be visited. We have secrets that we cannot reveal, that our ancestors knew how to transmit to us and we must preserve.

Our flagship store offered the start to our journey with the sale to the public and we have only words of appreciation for the trust deposited by all our customers who have been shopping there for over 40 years.

Madrid – Cava Baja Store
Located in the heart of Madrid, in the most authentic Spanish neighbourhood, in La Latina. This area has a lot of history for us since our grandfather Adrian Becerro came from La Alberca and would stay on this street until all his ham and cold cuts were sold. It is a store with soul, that’s why it is called Alma de Julián Becerro.

Madrid – Puerta del Sol
Located next to Puerta del Sol, in the heart of Opera. Our products are so loved that we not only wanted to offer them for take away, but also we wanted you to be able to enjoy them on-site, freshly cut.
It is not a restaurant, we do not have a kitchen, and we are not restaurateurs. We give you the chance to try a portion of ham, cured meats, cheeses, all freshly cut and marinated in the best wines and beer from the winery. You can also have breakfast, eat a freshly cut Iberian ham sandwich, tapas, and for after work, it’s a great setting. Did you get the chance to go yet?

Ham Store Area-Tasting-Museum-Cutting School
Our latest bet has been radical. There are already stores, wineries, cutters … but we wanted to do something unique, different from everything else, innovative, and of course dedicated to the late Julián Becerro.
In his honour we have created this new concept in which the best hams in the world are united (all Designations of Iberian Ham Origin), tasting the best hams, cured meats, wines and beer.
An Interactive Museum, sensorial and magical where we share everything about the world of ham and a Cutting School dedicated to professionals in the world of ham cutting and lovers of ham. We give guided tours with tasting of all ham, we have special packages for groups and tour guides, and we train ham cutters and lovers.
